Overview

The CMMC L1 & L2 Readiness Review Tool helps organizations conduct CMMC Level 1 and Level 2 compliance readiness reviews, track progress, and generate professional reports.

Getting Started

Signing In

1. Click "Sign In with Google"
2. Authenticate with your Google account
3. You'll be directed to the customer dashboard

Managing Customers

Adding Customers

1. Click "Add New Customer"
2. Fill in details (Name, Contact Info, Participants, Date, Evaluators)
3. Click "Save Customer"

Conducting Readiness Reviews

Starting a Review

1. Click "View Reviews" for a customer
2. Choose review type:
   • CMMC L2 - 110 controls (NIST 800-171)
   • CMMC L1 - 15 controls (FAR 52.204-21)

Review Workspace

• Review each control requirement and its sub-objectives
• For CMMC L2: Overall status is derived from individual sub-objective statuses (Met, Partially Met, Not Met, N/A, or Not Reviewed)
• Document findings in the dedicated evidence fields (Examine, Interview, Test)

Viewing Results

Dashboard

• Overall compliance score and metrics
• CMMC L1: Shows compliance status (requires all 15 controls Met)
• CMMC L2: Shows SPRS score (-203 to +110 range)
• Control family breakdown with completion status

Reports

• Detailed Report - Complete readiness review with all controls and findings
• Gaps Report - Shows only non-Met controls with detailed guidance
• Click "Export to Drive" to save to Google Drive

Compliance Requirements

Best Practices

• Be Thorough: Take time to properly evaluate each control
• Document Everything: Replace all template text with actual findings and evidence
• Use Multiple Methods: Combine interviews, document reviews, and technical testing
• Be Honest: Accurate readiness reviews are more valuable than inflated scores
